a quote from a big piece in today's SLP by Richard Murray

"That does put pressure on the team but there's pressure on all of us because we've kept the nucleus of the squad together as if we're going straight back to the Premiership. We should have enough flair to have the edge over most teams."

nucleus of the squad together ? Where have you been the last two months ? From the last home game only Ambrose is likely to start tomorrow and if they all started it would only be four in total (Zheng,Bent & Holland the other three). Sorry, but you can't fool us.

    Reid and Fortune too. Plus Gibbs and some of the younger ones.
    Whilst not necessarily playing, they've been around the place and beein involved in the team building/bonding.

    He said the sqaud - so there's Reid, Ambrose, Thomas, Holland, Bent, Thatcher, Faye, Bougherra, Fortune, Randolph, Snakofa, Sam, Elliot, GIbbs (!), Walker - Ok, not all regular first teamers, but squad members. Sure, a lot have come in, there's still a lot of familiar faces around.

    no diwara now, and nucleus would imply key players, only Reid and perhaps thomas fit that mould
