Bostall Heath - Pride of the Valley

When Charlton left SE7 for Catford in 1924, Abbey Wood side Bostall Heath started playing their home London League games at the Valley.

The Catford move was a disaster and lasted only 16 games but if it hadn't maybe we'd all be Bostall Heath fans.

Match report unearthed at the museum from an abandoned game v Cray Wanderers.

Now we just need to find a the programme.

I believe Cray claim to be the second oldest football club in the UK, behind Sheffield FC formed in 1857. An equally one of the oldest in the world.
