I have a rental property and found out on Thursday that the tiles have blown and water is leaking into the property below from the shower over the bath. The company the letting agent called out have quoted for re-tiling and a total refurb, which they recommend. Tbh it is an old bathroom and pretty much in need of a refurb (as over 20 years old and been patched up too many time) and even just doing the tiling isn't straightforward.
Is anyone on here interested in the job? The toilet is separate, so just the bath (and shower over) plus hand basin, but all the walls are tiled so ripping it all out and starting again makes it more of a job. I can send photos
Edit - I've just realised this should have gone into Marketplace, but don't know how to re-categorise it
It's in Forest Hill

Hope you're well, Fi
Yes, all good here too, thanks.

Does everything and specialises in refurbishment after place is vacated.
His review average is 4.6 out of five, but it would have been all fives but for one awkward customer who blamed an old underfloor flood on him.
There are tenants, but the whole bathroom (not toilet) needs striping out and a new one fitted
The great thing about Lee and his team is they can do absolutely everything in terms of a refurbishment from sourcing and fitting kitchens and bathrooms to doing a curtain rail and supplying curtains.
I just wanted to give someone on here the job if they were interested. Plus obviously, I want to get a few quotes as don't just want to reply on the callout people, as have had previous issues with companies used by the letting agent. A previous letting agent charged, or rather tried to charge me just for a quote for some work. I don't want the call-out company thinking they don't need to be competitive because the landlord isn't on-site etc.
