    RIP Burnley were a good side when he played for them in the 70's.

    Always think of him as quite a big name when I first started watching football. He was one of the stars of the Burnley team that finished sixth that season, it was all downhill after that for them (until relatively recently). RIP Leighton.

    Very good player. Killer played a few games alongside him when they were both at Derby. RIP.

    One of my favorite players as I  liked a winger.  He played for Burnley when the were challenging at the top of Div 1 in 74 and struggling at the foot of Div4 in the late 80's. I'm sure I read because he was short sighted he couldn't see who he was crossing the ball to.
