RIP Music Legend - Colin Gibb

No, not a fourth Bee Gee brother, but a forerunner and pioneer of 80's cheese. Black Lace made some truly questionable music popular, with disco floor-fillers such as 'Agadoo,' 'Do the Conga,' and 'Superman.' And of course, who can forget the groin throbbing hit 'Gang Bang'.

No doubt you are up there jamming with other legends such Bob Marley, David Bowie, Pete Entwistle and Ginger Baker.

We can't judge but ...I really can't imagine any of that list lived their lives with eternity in mind and are " ...up there jamming". I pray I am wrong but it is a  safer bet they are " down there gnashing".

Make the most of the back catalogues. It is quite probable  they will never be seen again.

Rest in eternal peace Colin Gibb 🙏

Thunderfingers has asked for his name to be corrected
  • Are we really calling this guy a legend…..Mmmm, a bit rich if you ask me.
I can honestly say I’ve never heard of him.
Black Lace yes but to be honest only as something of a joke in the music scene.
    Never the less, RIP fella.
