Looks like Plumstead High Street, towards Plumstead Station, between Lakedale Road & Griffin Road.

The buildings on the right of the photo behind the trolleybuses have now been replaced by Richard Neve House, named after former Mayor of Woolwich & Valley tannoy announcer Dick Neve.
