  • Has Miles suffered a setback…didn’t feature for the U21’s yesterday and not in the squad today??
Someone said the other day that he'll probably next appear for the U21s on Friday

Makes sense him currently having a week between games

  • Surprised they've gone straight to general sale. Get in quick.
  • £10 to watch Chelsea's kids and our 2nd string.....er, no thanks!
  • Bromley playing Chelsea tonight. 1-1 after 6 minutes.
  • Chelsea win 3-2.

If we win our next game against Chelsea we'll be through with a game to spare.
  • Chelsea u21s win 3-2.

If we win our next game against Chelsea u21s we'll be through with a game to spare.

  • Chelsea had Sam Rak-Sakyi on their bench. I assume a younger brother of Jesurun?

    Correct.
  • If Chelsea U21 fail to beat Cambridge in 90 mins we top our group regardless of the result v Bromley.

What a time to be alive.
Creating history. The 4 times we've made it out of the group before it's been in second place.
  • Cambridge have missed a penalty against Chelsea U21. Still 0-0.
  • Cambridge 1-0 up. 16 minutes to play.
  • Finishes 1-0 to Cambridge.

That means we win the group whatever the result against Bromley. It also means we will have a home tie against one of the group runners up in the next round of the southern side. Currently these are the sides that can still finish 1st or 2nd:

    Group Winners:
    • Birmingham or Walsall
    • Wimbledon or Wycombe
    • Charlton
    • Peterborough
    • Arsenal U21, Colchester, MK Dons or Leyton Orient
    • Northampton, Burton or Notts County
    • Exeter
    • Cheltenham
    Group Runners-Up:

    • Birmingham, Walsall or Fulham U21
    • Wimbledon, Brighton U21, Wycombe or Crawley
    • Cambridge or Bromley
    • Stevenage, Crystal Palace U21 or Gillingham
    • Arsenal U21, Colchester, MK Dons or Leyton Orient
    • Northampton, Burton, Notts County or Leicester U21
    • Swindon
    • Reading or Newport
  • There'll be more Bromley than us in the ground next week now. Another possible moment of history awaits
  • it means our wanky Bromley fan club can cheer every goal next week when we play them

i mean the shame of it if we get palace u8's in the next round ffs

Already sold out their initial allocation
  • Delayed kick off then
  • The oldest team in the world are currently 3rd so as long as Stevenage don't lose to nil points Gillingham there is no chance we will face them.

Does anyone know if similar Saturday match day parking restrictions will be in place for this game?

I dont think Greenwich imposed the night time restrictions. I'm 8ntending to park down by Charlton Station where I always park and did at the last evening game
  • Just got an email promoting hospitality packages for the Bromley game. Good luck trying to sell that  :D
