If she does get jail time that will mean she cant capitalise on the publicity from this by boosting her only fans (which I'm assuming was her intention). Any momentum this might have had will have disappeared in 6 months time so she wont make great cash from that. If she stays out she could well capitalise and make some decent cash and set herself up as a "creator". 

Maybe thats a reason to throw the book at her as will prevent others pulling similar stunts.

I'm fairly sure there is no abuse there - they are both consenting to it.

She shouldn't have done it, NO, but it's not the first or last time it's occurred.  It just so happens this one was filmed but this sort of thing still happens whether it's reported/filmed or not
