When Fraser Forster made his debut in professional football at the relatively old age of 20 years and 7 months, the Ref for this game, Samuel Barrott, was little more than 15 years old
Been at Tulley's Farm with the kids seeing Santa so gave up my ticket.
Had next to zero phone reception most of the day and came back to the car to hear it was 3-6.
Blimey. Didn't expect to win today but the lack of first choice defenders has finally caught up with us.
I've mentioned before about that reliance on the Romero/VDV combo and the stats don't lie - in the 8 PL games that the two have played together this season, Spurs have conceded 8 goals and only once let in more than one goal in those games but in the 9 matches where one or both have been missing they've let in 17.

Missing both Romero and vdV is a massive issue obviously but its madness that Levy and the recruitment team think Dragusin and Davies were the appropriate quality of cover.
From what I've heard (still not seen anything of the game, waiting for MOTD2), Gray, the 18yo midfielder looked the more assured of our CBs today.
I've read the match report and listened to Ange's main presser and he seems like he is a broken man tonight. He's been unlucky with the injuries but any one, apart from him, can see he needs to adapt his tactics to account for the injuries but his stubborness is ultimately going to cost him his job.
Not sure any Spurs manager has survived a result like that before...

Gray definitely looked better which is damning on Dragusin. For one of the last 3 goals (they've merged somewhat) Draguisn got beaten in the air by Szoboszlai which is criminal for a CB. Gray showed smarts on the ball as you would expect and it was noticeable how often he declined a pass to Forster. You'll see on MOTD2 but any time Liverpool beat the Spurs defence it was a guaranteed high quality chance. It could have been 10

Reminds me of that game last season when they were down to 9 men v Chelsea and kept attacking, except here it just looks like they've got 9 men.
Forest in the champions league places
Bournemouth in 5th
Man City in 7th having lost 6 games
Spurs and Man U in the bottom half.
A pretty crazy season so far.
2-5 and Diaz nearly makes it 6.
But I still hate the bin dipping pricks
