Argentina win Copa America and join Spain (2008, 2010, 2012) as the only two nations to win three consecutive major trophies.

Is there an argument for this Argentina team under Scaloni being one of the greatest ever?

    Got up at 2:30am local time to watch England and have then watched the Copa America as have extended family in Colombia. What a way to start the week. Back-to-back loses. I hate Mondays! lol  :D

    Not really been following it but Canada in the semis did surprise me.

    And this my English brethren is why the euros mean jack shit. Didn't even know this tournament was going on.
    Gareth should of been sacked after the Croatia game in 2018. We had that in the bag. Just mark the big bloke Mandžukić on the left wing. Fail to mark anyone yesterday on that same wing.
    Winning on Russia soil would of been extra sweet what with the shenanigans their lot pulled 2 years previous. 

    All about the world cup is my overall point. Argentina have done that on the oil rich dunes of Qatar. We however have not done nothing since 66.

    Just shows the drop off in football quality in my eyes. That Argentina side would be absolutely dissected by the prime Spanish. Would be a serious mismatch, especially with a past it Messi. 

    Will be interesting to see how they get on next world cup as I can't see them retaining, I can see them doing what Spain and Germany did and follow up a world cup win with a bit of an implosion.
