As soon as I see this it reminded me of a girl a few doors along from me. The house is emergency accommodation and has new people in there every 6 months or so.

The woman currently living there leaves her front door open and allows her daughter who I'd say is younger than this girl walk up and down the busy road we live on. My mrs has looked out the window 9-10 pm before and seen the girl out the front on her own.

Fingers crossed for her safe return.
