Is anyone looking out for Floyd and Harvey? They must be absolutely baking in those suits.

What’s in the free goodie bags they are giving away to the kids?

Are they worth the sweltering queue?!

That car show looks a bit mundane!

Begovic is under Floyd, and Dixon under Harvey. They'll be revealed as our next signings this afternoon when they remove their heads  ;)

If Methven was worth his salt he should have known that it would be too hot today, shame!, boo!,

That looks good. So much better than the one that the hapless Meire 'organised' on a day when the car park was in use.

Oli loved the trophy - the club used a couple of pics of him as well on social media which he was well chuffed about

My cousin went with her wee boy. Met up with my Bruv & his grandkids. They had a great time. Pretty sure they weren’t supporters before but to see wee Lachlan in a Charlton shirt, fabulous!
Well done the club & everyone who volunteered 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Fair play to my distant relative Clare who was in Harvey for the day.  I'm sure she lost a few lbs during the course of the day

Proper Addicks fan, home and away, and did this out of the goodness of her heart for the club she loves

I mentioned before in the freebie tickets threads  that a friend and former neighbour of my youngest sons who is a Gooner, is now a regular, went yesterday with my son, is going Saturday v Pompey and bought a home shirt last season.
i think we’ve won him over, days like yesterday help, what a great event

I went with 4 kids yesterday, arrived just before midday. Left just before 4pm.

There were queues but no where near as bad as I feared when we arrived and joined the main queue to get in which was already at the top of Floyd Rd.

We did the mini stadium tour; got autographs from players/manager, grabbed some food, played cage football multiple times and visited the museum.

I had a short chat with CM. My girl got Anekes autograph and was delighted, my boy got Anderson to sign his goal scoring match ball from Northampton that had found it's way home with us after the game!

The pitch looks fantastic and I can't wait to be back there for the games this season.

My only "advice" if anyone from the Supporters Trust is looking in is that they had an iPad for donations but you couldn't do Gift Aid through it. That seems shortsighted.  I went on my phone and gifted through their website on the spot instead as you can gift aid that way.

I had a great day helping out on the museum stall. It was great to see so many youngsters wearing their Charlton shirts. I was thinking we had an ageing fanbase but hopefully I was wrong.

Very encouraging. Really pleased the club is doing this sort of thing.
