Am happy with that... Having won the Euro U21s last year, and given what both Argentina and Spain have achieved by promoting from within, I think its the right course of action

At the time Jack Charlton wasn’t overly welcome, it changed went results started to improve.
The positive is that Carsley was Under-21s manager rather than on the coaching team, so he should be able to come in with fresh ideas. Even though this would make it seem like a continuation.
