No reflection on the player but the original transfer might bear some investigation.
You can’t just drop that in without some explanation of what you mean.
I suspect he's suggesting a certain former director with links to both CAFC and the academy in Jamaica might have a had a vested interest in getting young Kaheim over to Europe, which might have potentially clouded judgement on his ability and readiness for such a move, somewhat.
But Dixon wasn't signed from Mount Pleasant.
No, but I would be surprised if it wasn’t Methven who really championed that deal and I doubt NJ would’ve been pursuing him otherwise. It would potentially help drive future interest in European clubs bringing over young players from Jamaica, such as those in the Mount Pleasant academy, if Dixon were to do well here and demonstrate that Jamaican talent can make the step up. That and we also hear our Jamaica inspired third kit was Charlie Boy’s idea and was even, possibly, intended to be our second strip.
I’m just speculating on what Airman may be driving at, is all. But I also doubt Charlie’s nan was from Kingston so his sudden love for the Reggae Boyz probably extends beyond just having a really nice holiday there once.

Is this because it hasn’t necessarily worked out, or is it because you know something that most others don’t, and you’re letting everyone know that you know something that others don’t?
