Goal Celabratin

Is it time to stop players rushing into the crowd to celabrate a goal like the one at Selhurst Park. The incident with a Ballboy where a number of supporters and a advertising board fell on top of
a ballboy could have been serious.Thank God he was OK.

Why is celebrating the issue? Why not get rid of the heavy digital advertising boards?

Would that be a spiritual thread or a digital entertainment thread?

    And ban goals.

Kill a lot of birds with one stone that would -
    - Celabratin.
    - No need for goal line technology.
    - Improve clean sheet draws (which is as good as a win after all).

Players have to be allowed to show some joy when they score. It’s natural.
It’s the rehearsed ones where they’re trying to look cool that I feel are less justified, and some celebrations are just a bit cringe.
Cole Palmer’s “Ooh, I’m a bit chilly” for example. (“Cold Palmer! Geddit?!?!!)  Lame as fuck.

Nothing wrong with a hand held aloft and a brief firm handshake from a teammate on the way back to the halfway line.

Celabratin… It’s from the same Scottish phrase book as ‘Seaso‘ (See Allan Campbell thread)
