To be truthful I'd rather stick pins in my eyes, I won't be clogging up any ticket queues but good luck to those that do want to go.

My mate listed the Dublin tickets we had (we prefer the Cardiff date for first night of the tour). They were in the range of £480 each - sold within about 10 minutes.

The article says already bought tickets sold on secondary sites will be cancelled and then resold at face value.
    # Dynamic pricing and double dealing #
Ought to be the title of a new song sung by the one with the whiney whinging voice.

It has all left a sour taste.

Except for the Beijing concerts, where it's left a sweet and sour taste

    2 questions.........

Do the current ticket holders get their money back ?

And then do those ticket holders get first dibs at applying for their old tickets.

what would be the justification for getting their money back? Wasn't it communicated not to buy re-sales?

    I agree (sort of).

Can you imagine buying a ticket for £500 and then having it torn up & told to re-apply with little chance of seeing both your £500 or a replacement ticket again.

And who is making double bubble here ?? Oasis ?  Ticketmaster  ?   Someone must be. Sounds like a good scam to me. Sell your tickets twice with no comeback 👍.

I agree, to a certain extent.

But something needs to be done about re-sales

I assume they are scouring the main resale sites first Oasis tickets. The resale sites will be quoting block/row/seat numbers….

Twickets charge a fee of around 12%, which i think is a lot.

Perhaps the original sellers should be the only sellers.
  • Good to  see people voting with their feet. The ticket prices are extortionate.
