  • Oh blimey……saw him many a time back in the day.
Very popular on the London 1960’s music scene and a prolific artist who seemed to be everywhere, all of the time.
    RIP…..Zoot….RIP
  • Saw him at the Bromley Court Hotel with his bluesband. Great band leader + decades later playing organ live for Kevin Ayers. He had his trousers attached on that occasion!
  • Rip

Saw him perform with Alan Price
  • I thought it was an online bank gone bust.
  • Bad news, sadly I never got to see him. RIP
  • Saw him several times at the Black Prince in the mid 60's.

Fantastic showman with his Big Roll Band used to have the whole place rockin'.

Up there with Geno Washington and his Ram Jam Band as one of the best acts around.

Still have my copy of Big Time Operator.

    RIP Zoot.

Yeah, I saw him a couple of times with Alan Price, the last time maybe 6-7 years ago (which is quite something given that I have a book from the 1970s which described Zoot Money then as a 'veteran').

Zoot & Alan played every month I think at the Bulls Head in Barnes, and Alan Price is still going strong at 82, playing there next Thursday ( a good night if you're in the neighbourhood).  RIP Zoot
