Oh blimey……saw him many a time back in the day. Very popular on the London 1960’s music scene and a prolific artist who seemed to be everywhere, all of the time. RIP…..Zoot….RIP
Saw him at the Bromley Court Hotel with his bluesband. Great band leader + decades later playing organ live for Kevin Ayers. He had his trousers attached on that occasion!
Yeah, I saw him a couple of times with Alan Price, the last time maybe 6-7 years ago (which is quite something given that I have a book from the 1970s which described Zoot Money then as a 'veteran').
Zoot & Alan played every month I think at the Bulls Head in Barnes, and Alan Price is still going strong at 82, playing there next Thursday ( a good night if you're in the neighbourhood). RIP Zoot

RIP - I remember seeing him at The Mitre by Blackwall Tunnel around 1985/86.An interesting venue……
Jools Holland used to do the odd boogie-woogie gig there when he was about 12 or 13 .. The Mitre one of MANY music venues in Greenwich/Lewisham way back when
