Strip Docherty of the captaincy and don't start him until he can play football, A Campbell too. The rest were fine. When those two went off we looked like a team again
Worst ref I can recall seeing and one of the worst sides for cheating I have ever seen. Doesn't mask we were awful. Zero football attempted and Docherty and Campbell were utterly hopeless.
Jones needs to work on our play in possession and attacking in the way he did on our defending (not saying he isn’t, he’s mentioned it enough). Get it right we’ll create and score more, and that’ll take pressure off the defence. Still plenty to play for this season.
We were dreadful for large periods of the game, and easily deserved to be 2-0 down at Half-Time... We showed a bit of fight with the players that came on, and apart from Chuks, I hope they can show that level of fight when they next get to start.
However a game of Football is for more than 45-60mins and whilst we were slow to grow into the game, you equally cant excuse the referees performance for not giving at least one blatant penalty.
So on one hand we deserved to lose because of our performance over the majority of the game
Lloyd Jones plays and leads like our captain. I'd be happy to see him lead us and we can address the situation with our midfield-minions who at the moment, appear clones of one another.
I've mentioned 433 at home and feel it might be the only way to play on the front foot.
Wins and losses are better than draws, I say to console myself!
Don't drop Mitchell and Berry, basically Taylor has a legitimate case to knock Jones' door this week. On today's showing, Allan Campbell should be the squad man sitting it out
We continually bypass a weak midfield to knock it long to an ineffective attacking two. We’re not good enough to compete at the top, with only the Bolton match to point to in terms of a good performance in the first seven league games. We’re way off where we need to be for promotion.
Lots that was wrong today, including NJ's starting 11. Poor game from Edmonds Green, and Gillespie. Our midfield was non existent and Kanu should of been subbed at half time for Aneke. We were just 2nd best most of the game.
Very poor team selection today. Think it’s atrocious that Taylor was not rewarded for a good performance on Tuesday Tayo too for that matter. Think jones really needs to sit down and have a think about his selection
I'd love Nathan in his post match interview to say:
"I'd love to say what I want about the ref bit I can't because I'd be fined and banned. The good news is that I can think it without punishment ... and I think that was one of the most disgraceful refereeing performances I've ever seen in senior mens football."
I'd like to know why the changes? If they were ill fair enough but if it was tactical it failed miserably. Alan Cambell looked like he's never played the game before. Kanu and Ahadme didn't work and i think it's time to drop the Gasman as no partner has clicked with him yet and with REG is the side the defence just looked like it did last season.
Have to say though, not a bad performance second half. Clear handball pen missed by the hopeless ref. Their keeper made a great save from Lloyd Jones. Nathan Jones still learning loads about this team. Weirdly not too disheartened after that. The play acting by Blackpool was as pathetic as the ref was bad.

Can't blame him for our dire performance though.
Blackpool deserved to beat us, even if their last 35 minutes was some of the worst 'football' I've ever seen.
very poo first half, usually we are all fart and no poo - we didn’t even have the fart today!
Brilliant 3-0 win. The reds go marching on.
We showed enough in the last 20 minutes not to have to worry about being dragged into a relegation battle.

On the other hand, we can feel harshly done by.

Blackpool players only outdone by the ref for biggest c***s going.
Shit.

Take it easy.
Bounce back next game.
It ain't either / or, the ref absolutely terrible, which didn't help us being diabolical.

But that has to be THE most shocking display of time wasting I've ever seen. Honestly, if we did that, to that degree, I'd be embarrassed.
By the time we managed to remember how to play a game again it was too late.
I think I need to sort out going up there for our game now because I want to be there when we kick seven shades out of them*
Hope the ref enjoys his lift home on their coach.
*Yes, I know this could end up going drastically wrong.
