Today was the final straw for me. North stand lower turnstiles are a fucking disgrace. Eight turnstiles and only four working been like it all season and the club have done fuck all. it’s not as if they have to be manned they are automatic. 
The stewards have told me they have complained but the club have taken no action.told me to complain as we as they are fed up of getting blanked. 
basically they expect 2,000 plus fans to get through 4 turnstiles. 
I will be writing to the club but expect I will get a patronising response as i usually do when I complain

    You are right to be annoyed

    I wonder....Is the fans forum functional? What mechanisms are there for raising such issues? 

    The club charter means CAFC should be looking to improve this
    I think it's the mechanisms not raising that IS the issue.

    Right tho, its poor.

    It's one thing now, but it'll be awful in the winter when it's Friesian out.

    They stewards opened the gates there and was scanning everyones tickets, probably the quickest I have got through in a long time.

    I can't think of any more cow puns, but agree that there aren't enough working turnstiles. I don't understand why several of the Curbs stand ones aren't being used.

    The gate tech is broken. You could probably scan the barcode on a pack of Wotsits and it would let you in.

    Doesn't help that so many season ticket holders still don't understand the fact that you can just press the whole card against the oyster card like scanner and it picks up the ticket, no need to try and scan a barcode or anything

    First time in over 50 years at the Valley I, along with others, was body searched outside the Curbs Stand turnstiles. Seems very over the top! I was quite shocked.
