Very frustrating. I understand being patient and waiting for a gilt edged opportunity, but Walker has had those opportunities and has chosen to abort and start again by going all the way back to our own half. Well I’m glad the ones that stuck around have shown a bit of class. Best I’ve seen Gallagher for England and Bellingham looks interested for once. I do think we need to balls in the box down the right when we get a chance.4

A good 1st half team performance by England and just the one good save by Pickford.
I like having the width with Gordon on the left and Madueke on the right which gives both Watkins and Bellingham to utilise the space.

Did Ian Wright just say Kane ain’t got the pace Watkins has to score that goal? Was 4 yards out and Kanes probably got 50+ goals in that manner.1

I used to get frustrated when we played Trippier as the left back when Shaw's injured and he couldn't cross with his left. Not sure the excuse for Walker on the right when we had players in the box ?
Hall's a natural LB and I hope he gets on soon though Lewis is a decent young midfielder who has to play every where.
