Since Lloyd Jones has been missing, we don't do heading in our box. You'd have to ask what Gillesphey and Mitchell are doing at the back, as for Small he is probably looking forward to January.2

The longer Jones spends with this team the worse it is getting. He peaked in his, was it, third game (?) vs Derby last season and it’s been a slow but steady downhill slide, being held together by an occasional turgid draw, ever since. I can’t even tell what we’re trying to do anymore.Scoham said:

Dont think we should excuse poor defending by blaming injuries in the squad - we have 11 on the pitch and 7 subs. How many more players do we need. Years ago squads were smaller. We have gone for quantity over quality and it shows.1
