Christine, the '58 Plymouth Fury in the eponymous movie is pretty evil.
    Mrs Danvers in Rebecca.
Miss Havisham in the 1946 version of Great Expectations.
Madeline and Mary Collinson in Twins of Evil.

    Rosamund Pike in Gone Girl.

As a kid, my sister was terrified by Angelica Huston in The Witches.

Another vote for Rosamund Pike - this time for Die Another Day.

Yeah, she's great in Gone Girl.

It's not as good a film, but she's just as much of a shithouse in We Care A Lot. Absolute ice queen in both.
  • Rosa Klebb (even the spoof Greta Farbissina from Austin Powers), though my real cinema villainess, as a child without any spare cash, was any of the women with the ice-cream/snacks trays back in the days of intermissions after the short.

    I'm not bitter you understand...
