For those of you interested in Irish football, you might be interested to come along to a free talk by the author Chris Lee to launch his latest book "Shades of Green: A Journey into Irish Football". This is at 7pm on St Patrick's Day, 17th March in the clubhouse at Dulwich Hamlet, Champion Hill and is a free event. There will have copies of the book on sale, as well as many other football titles and Chris will be happy to sign copies purchased on the night. The bar will also be open on the night, you'll be pleased to know. Supporters of all clubs, or anyone with an interest in Irish football will be more than welcome to come along.
A few of you might have come along to the launch of his previous book, "The Defiant" which tells the story of football against fascism over the years.
Chris is a very engaging speaker and this should make for an interesting evening.
