*Just for the record, when Blackburn Rovers lost 7-0 to Fulham in a Championship match at Ewood Park on 3rd November 2021, the defeat came more than 123 years after Blackburn’s previous 7-0 defeat, a Division One match against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane on 9th January 1897. This is a still standing league record for the longest spell between a club obtaining the same score line in two matches.

  • Not winning 1-0 for 180+ matches seems crazy. I think games were typically higher scoring in the early days of organised football which I guess might explain it?
  • Hopefully we beat Stevenage 7-6 on Saturday.
  • Blackburn only taking 25 games to win another game 7-5 is amazing haha
  • 0-0: Lincoln City 237 matches from 1953-1959

That's an amazing stat, considering it's not the early days of football. I wonder if the 1959 0-0 was celebrated at the time!

Was literally just scrolling through the rest of the scores and was gonna post the same.
  • The list of winning teams seems quite random. There's a far more predictable feel to those with long gaps in their losing record. Makes sense.

That's the one that stuck out for me too. Some feat that.

The current Lincoln side love a 0-0 too. Think they've had 4 this season including against us
