Would recommend The Leyton Star (16 minute walk/10 min bus), or the Hare and Hounds is next to the park that borders the ground (24 minute walk/ 18min bus) to the stadium. Travel to Lea Bridge Station to go to the Hare and Hounds.
The Leyton Engineer/The Coach & Horses is the closest ones (but I would imagine they are packed with Home Fans).

We went to the Northcote Arms (110 Groce Green Rd, E11 4EL) on Boxing Day last season, 15 min walk to the away end. It’s a really nice old school boozer with good beers on tap. It did say “home fans only” outside but we didn’t have any bother and just behaved like reasonable human beings.Generally though the pub situation around Orient’s ground is as bad as ours for away fans. Will probably drink somewhere en-route or just not bother drinking at all for the match on Saturday.0

For the game on New Years Eve MANY years ago I drunk in Walthamstow and took a 10 minutes bus ride to the ground.Alternatively get off one tube stop either side of Leyton and go for a drink there.0

Home only should mean don’t wear colours and don’t be a prick
As long as you abide by those rules should be fine at Orient4 -
