Would recommend The Leyton Star (16 minute walk/10 min bus), orthe Hare and Hounds is next to the park that borders the ground (24 minute walk/ 18min bus) to the stadium. Travel to Lea Bridge Station to go to the Hare and Hounds.
The Leyton Engineer/The Coach & Horses is the closest ones (but I would imagine they are packed with Home Fans).
Last time I went a few seasons back, none of the pubs around ground and on high street were allowing those in Charlton shirts in. No idea how it's been in recent seasons though.

The Coach and Horses is a very nice pub, but home fans only on matchdays. The Leyton Engineer is home only also.

We went to the Northcote Arms (110 Groce Green Rd, E11 4EL) on Boxing Day last season, 15 min walk to the away end. It’s a really nice old school boozer with good beers on tap. It did say “home fans only” outside but we didn’t have any bother and just behaved like reasonable human beings.
Generally though the pub situation around Orient’s ground is as bad as ours for away fans. Will probably drink somewhere en-route or just not bother drinking at all for the match on Saturday.

I have never had a problem at the Birkbec, I Derby mate told me if discreet you can get to the bar at the ground, wins many CAMERA awards.

As long as you abide by those rules should be fine at Orient
