Think we will nick this but could be a backs to the wall job!
Gonna go for a 0-1 win with Godden getting the winner!0 -
Keep going lads. Have a proper go at them. COYRs1

- After winning their first two Football League games against Charlton Athletic in 1997 and 1998, Stockport County are winless against the Addicks (D1 L4).
- Charlton Athletic are unbeaten across their last seven league games against sides from Greater Manchester (W4 D3), this coming after a run of seven consecutive losses against teams from the county between August 2021 and October 2023.
- Since the start of March last year, Stockport have won 16 of their 22 home league games, scoring 1.9 goals-per-game on average during that time.
- Charlton have lost just two of their last 11 league games played on a Saturday (W5 D4), keeping seven clean sheets across that time.

A bit torn over this one with my prediction.
Will it be 0-3 or 0-5 to us?
I guess it will be fun to find out!3 -

We went many years on TV without a win as well. I can only associate TV and sunny with defeat. You millennials find it easier and good luck to you!6

Stockport fan on the Charlton Live pod said they don’t tend to do well against aggressive teams who set up to frustrate them, and also they are generally not as good in the second half of games.
Sounds like an ideal opponent if you forget to look at their league position.
I can see a 1-1 draw with a late Leaburn equaliser.3 -

Stockport's next three games US at home Bolton Away, Wrexham away. Could well define their season.5
-
Remember watching match of ours there and it was very very wet and muddy, to idea of the score just wet.0
-
Mighty Stockport are in our way now. And what a good season they are having. Not keen on them for our cup exit, being aggressive at the Andy Hunt hat trick game or for losing to Palace when they could have sent them to L1. Think they might just halt our progress in a tough game, 1-0 to Stockport.0
-
Just keep on winning……..Gilbert for Berry otherwise as you were. 2-1 us.0

Early alarm clock across the Atlantic for this tomorrow... COYR. 4 points from the next two games and I would be delighted. Don't care how we do it, come on Jones' boys!1
-
No idea why but feeling confident about this game now. 1-2 after conceding early Godden and Small (I think NJ will have been drilling him since Tuesday to make that far post run when TC is making his mazy run)1
-
An amazing achievement for newly promoted Stockport to be in the L1 promotion chase, especially after losing Barry in January. One way or another Challinor will surely be in the Championship next season.
Moderately confident for tomorrow. Momentum and confidence are wonderful things.2 -
Another horrible tough northern outfit .. who are excellent at home …. going to be a physical battle unchanged team …… after winning on Tuesday almost a free hit tomorrow ……. take a drawer 1-10

Can it be?
Was HMS PTL real, and NOT a ghost ship?
A draw will be good here, we cannot get ahead of ourselves now can we?
2-22 -

We're not in the realms of "free hits" just yet, and this is another winnable game...1 -
I think this will he just a step too far. Certainly wont equal the 4-0 thrashing in the 2000 promotion campaign & certainly none of our players will match Andy Hunt's hat trick. Sadly I only see a defeat. 2-0.
I'm while I'm at it I'm sure I read that the 2 game ban for getting 10 yellow cards was by match-week 32. It's a 3 game ban if you pick up 15 yellows by match-week 38.

That's in the EPL in EFL it's 370
-
I’d take a point but we have nothing to fear. I’m going 2:1 win0
-
I think we are past the point where we should fear anybody and I think we are as competitive away as we are at home.
Doesn't mean we'll win, but we have momentum, desire and belief.
0-12 -
Another tough game but the last 2 wins mean even if we do lose its not the end of the world1

Efl yellow card regulations quote " 2 games suspension if 10 cards before 32 games.
3 games suspension if before 37 games"0
