    He used to live in Chelsfield when he was at Charlton and I used to see him occasionally. 
    Came across as a slippery sod.

    Actually, my in laws were amazing. One of the hardest things about leaving the ex was knowing I wouldn't see them again.

    Should have tried to work through it.  Sometimes people forget the impact breakups have on in-laws, especially if they think it’s their fault.
