How different would we be if we had just 2 of Odoh, Poku,Mothersill and Jade Jones.
They could say the same about having some of our defensive players, looks like that’s 6 clean sheets from them in the league all season including today.
Attacking players likely to be the focus for us in the summer, can’t see that being the same for Posh.
It's a downer we lost, sure, but I am not as worried as I would be normally. We are well lodged in the play-off positions. We can really cement that by beating Hudders next week, at our fortress Valley. Stockport are losing. Things are still in our own hands. Just need to shake today off and Jones has to work on defence getting basics right again during training this week. LLL&BH!
Every time I see us play against Posh we get stuffed….worrying performance TBH the ease of how they went past our players one on one has alarm bells ringing for me….strange game

To be honest, despite the fact we lost, I enjoyed that WAY more than Stockport. Much more enjoyable football from both sides, even though we didn't have our shooting boots on.
With his game time / game management, he effectively is, however he's being pod a fair coin and I guess the owners want him to play if fit. How fit and beneficial he is in comparison to the other strikers, is an objective viewpoint.
He won't be getting an extension that's for sure. Maybe he'll hang up his boots in the summer.
He's past it that's for sure, even at this level. Sad to see.
As for the game. The only plus is surely the amazing away support. A proper away day group is building and today shouldn't dent that enthusiasm for following Charlton away. Safe journeys home everyone.
A shame, but pretty much rounds off what has been a shit couple of days for me anyway! Hopefully that's our "clanger" out of the way, and we go on now to take the points from Wycombe and Rectum.
I think it was at HT of the home game against Crawley in December that I said I was hoping for a BC announcement prior to the second half of "HT substitution for the Addicks, replacing manager Nathan Jones is caretaker Jason Pearce!"
It turns out (not the first time in my life) I was wrong.

Disappointing result...
Off for a little blub.
Couldn't cope with their pace on the break and let's be honest they missed 2/3 glorious chances.
2 moments of madness in the first half killed us.
Huddersfield next week will be better.

Went crook early on and we had a shit spell until he came back; missing today.
Peterborough should have scored 6 goals
Jones very vulnerable to pace
To sum up Mothersille for Peterborough scored 15 goals this season, Aneke fell over 15 times.
Aneke is about the worst Charlton player I have seen for twenty years.
(And that's not just because I'm getting older)

On to the next game.
At least Milan San Remo was worth watching today
I'm staying in Nathan's gang.
