He was still impacting games before then, it's just he wasn't scoring, all our attacking play was still coming through him.

All a matter of opinions, but whoever wins it for me should have played the vast majority of minutes, games and excelled in their role. As great as Lloydy and Ramsay are, they fall short in the playtime role. For that I'd edge it to TC, I'd even be tempted to push Coventry ahead.

TC for me .  His and Small’s introductions on the opposite sides are the reason we’re as high as we are .  Jones 2, Coventry 3

Still Coventry for me... Jones a close second.

I struggle to get Rotherham away out of my head with Jones.

One poorish game all season, which is a better record than everyone else.

Coventry has had a couple of below bar performances in the last few weeks alone and was distinctly average at the start of the season when the majority were still saying Dobson was the better player.

TC was receiving plenty of criticism in the first 20 odd games for none or very few assists and few or no goals.

In fact he was so, let's call it average, that he was tried out unsuccessfully at right wing back as well.

He's been excellent of late, let's face it almost a completely different player.
Young player of the year without doubt.
Most improved along with Gillesphey - yes.

But I'd still have Jones as player of the season, unless TC excels in the remaining games and Jones does not play well or doesn't play at all.

Lloyd Jones closely followed by Kayne Ramsey. TC for young player of season

I'm very strongly in the Jones camp, but I'm a massive fan of Conor. The weaker performances from him were ofter when Jones made the mistake of playing him with Taylor.

Coventry has been massive for us this year.

Just voted for Jones. It's nice that we've had a few players in with a shout this year, but for me Lloyd's ought to be the first name on the teamsheet every match he makes such a difference

Held off on the vote but as it's closing tommorow, Jones no doubt.

Voted for Coventry myself he’s a silent beast in our midfield. Jones will win it I think as he is a fan favourite and he’s also had a great season.

Only 2 other people outside of them 2 that deserve it is TC and maybe Godders

I've voted Coventry but it's great to have so many good candidates. Jones, Godden, TC, Ramsay and even Gillesphey would be worthy winners. Wooden spoon is between Ahadme and Allan Campbell!

No doubt the majority are correct but Coventry is never on my radar in the same way Dobson was. Does that mean he goes about his job effectively and efficiently rather than insignificantly? By the sounds of it on here, yes then. I thought he was poor on Friday with lots of poor touches, passes astray and balls lost. For me, Jones is a beast and one whose absence weakens the defence and, ultimately team confidence and vulnerability. Yes, he’s had a wobble or two but so has every CB in Charlton history imho. My guess is that the outcome willl be 1. Jones, 2. TC 3. Godden or Coventry.

Looking like they gave the wrong trophy to Coventry, they gave him the player of the year trophy.

Godden is missing from that top 3. Been sensational since Christmas. More so than TC and Coventry, even though they’ve also been very very good. Jones the right winner given he’s been consistent across the whole season. Honourable mention for Gillesphey too. Nice for it to be a competitive vote for a change.

Still time for someone to become a true hero and really stamp their mark on the season.

I think that's about right. Jones, Coventry and TC all getting something feels like the correct outcome for how the season's gone

First time for many seasons I think we had 4-5 very valid contenders.

Excellent, that was my top 3 in the same order.
