    Here it comes
Not happy with the kerning between the N of Charlton and the A of Athletic. What the fuck is going on at the club?!

You killed the man, not the idea

Ah but Scarfie has been given back his role and respect. Perhaps the club is turning the corner

What’s happened to the Stockport forward that @doucher said had signed last Friday?
Pictures taken at the training ground today …
    Have a week off…
He did that's why he was in the bushes .

    Patience...

It’s a bold move, but in Nathan we trust.

Very disappointing if he signs there. Going for a very fair/cheap price and improves us. Can't say we weren't interested either as we bid
Unless I missed it that FLW doesn’t mention price other than our bid and the Hudds one at £2.5m which I’d say is the upper limit of what he’s worth I think
Worth every penny, he's class and Jones must want him. I think he would fit like a glove here, just have a feeling. He just offers something we lack similar to Tanto, that's invaluable.

I think it’s more the fact Galbraith thinks he can do better than us
To be fair, we don't know that. The fact he signed for Orient in the first place and has consistently played shows he probably doesn't have an attitude.

I would say it's more so Swansea have a bit more breathing room than us and have upped their offer.

If that is the case, I'd like to see us match them at least. It would be very difficult to find a player with his qualities that can also play about 4 different roles and only being 24. Players like this are proper upgrades and affordable. Would be nice to see.
Article has zero mention of Swansea upping their offer. It's just a fluff piece put out by a party with a motive to drive a bidding war.
It is speculation. Jay speculated it is the players attitude towards us why he may not sign, I have then speculated if he does go to Swansea, it will be probably be a financial issue or decision as we have shown confirmed interest.

I listen to FLW a bit more considering they have had a few scoops this window.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

It is a rubbish click bait site.

I'm not sure Swansea are in for him. I know they bid in January, but they have a new manager now. They've also spent a lot of money already.

I think we may get him in the dying days of August.

Too late. Season's started by then. If a player uhms & aghs and cant make up his mind I don't want him. Only committed players please.

Saw a business associate on the way back from Glastonbury this afternoon.
He told me Olaofe is indeed done.
He's been given Chuks shirt number and shortly after that sleuth took a snap of stepladder shenanigans, poor Isaac took a tumble from the top wrung.
He's now in Darenth A&E with a ruptured hippocampus!
Should be up and running by mid March!

Feel a little bad for Mannion, he didn't do much wrong after he replaced AMB, though he had a strong defense in front of him. Thought it was hard to judge him, even though he made a few vital saves.

My West Ham mate who knows someone in the club says that there looking at loaning out a good few players, lots of youth too, supposedly CM Andy Irving is proper decent. No substance to any rumour at all but just a bit of info

It WAS a rubbish click bait site but this summer they have been getting a lot of exclusives right.

Got to give them credit where it’s due rather than being ignorant.

Will you give them credit if Galbraith ends up at Swansea?

Me to he did very little wrong and he calmed me down no end when he replaced AMB who was never commanding enough. But he came here to be second choice and learn his trade it’s just happening a year late

Mannion was fine 2nd half of the season, he did have very little to do in terms of saves. I suppose this is what Curbs and Jones have said about needing to be ruthless

Swansea were after Galbraith in January so may be some substances to that. Would be frustrating if we missed out by not paying that bit more that was needed.
I think Galbraith would better value at £2M than Tanto would be at £1.5M

Pretty sure Football League World reported Carey was signing for Derby on the same day he signed for us?
    Latest from FLW:

Alfie May’s future could be outside of Birmingham City – Charlton Athletic should capitalise

Reece Burke may be good but seems injured a lot. Not what we need ?

Read a while back and just checked again that Mannion's shot stopping was at best average and way short of keepers like Allsop and Okwonkwo. AMB's was very similar.

I agree he was a calming influence, although AMB was fine when deputising.

Kaminski's save percentage was very similar last season, but he was of course playing at a higher level.

Reading on his playing style online defensive stats and style are sound, offensive attributes are aligned to NJ’s preferred style of play.

That's a bit different though. That is genuinely click bait knowing it will create a conversation.

Everytime they've done the cliché "Understand x has signed for x" or the 🚨🚨 it has been right.

Well we’ve definitely signed Tanto…. I’m at a sports industry party tonight and just been speaking to someone at a talent management company. Told him I’m a Charlton fan and he just said ‘Tanto signed today’.

Then went ‘oops I wasn’t supposed to say that’.

Oh well it isn’t exactly an industry secret mate!
Same as my Stockport mate who messaged me today saying Tanto is deffo done and was doing media shoots today. Ties in with the shaky video.

I prefer the signings out of the blue 😂

I was hoping Reece Burke would join us when he decided to leave Hull but he wanted to play in the Championship.
Quality player if he can stay sound.

Not that keen on Reece Burke, I will add the reviews by Luton fans as spoilers for those who don't go on twitter, but the general consensus is that he is good but far too injury prone.

I was hoping the Luton defender/ now ex-Luton would be Bell who is good, consistently plays and is championship standard.

Spoiler below for the highlighted comments:

I don't want to see injury prone players at Charlton anymore, had enough of those.
