The transfer window is not fit for purpose and needs to be reviewed.
The Championship window needs to close after the Premier, and the 1st Division after that etc etc.
It is in footballs interest to get players playing and for Clubs to be able to recruit the players they want.Only when the Prem and the other elite leagues have done their business is it known who is surplus. It just makes sense to allow a modicum of time for that to be sorted.5 -
