So many wetting their knickers cos they can’t get the EXACT seats/area they want- understandable but to be expected that it’ll sell out very quickly!

Seemingly a good chunk still in Alan Curbishley Blocks A&B, and west stand blocks H&R. About 8 left in the 16-20 zone, and a quite a few dotted about across the place with people not completing their booking and basket tickets being released

Jimmy Seed will definitely open up to home fans Imo

I still haven’t had an email to confirm tickets bought yesterday, but I can see them in my account.
I cannot pass to wallet or send them on.
I am not going to phone or email the Club or try downloading again so the system is less loaded for those still trying to buy.
Plenty of time to iron out issues before the game. Just thankful I have tickets.
Have you checked your spam folder. First time I chose wallet option the email went into spam but subsequent emails have gone straight to my inbox.
  • How many tickets are each season ticket holder allowed to buy. I would assume one each. But listening to folks here saying Covered end full which i think it isnt assumes you are allowed to buy more than one.

    4, I think.

Sunday, May 4th at 11am: Tickets go on sale to 2024/25 season ticket holders, 2025/26 season ticket holders and Valley Gold members* who can purchase up to four tickets per person until tickets go on general sale. 2024/25 season ticket seats will be held until 11am on Tuesday, May 6th.

Monday, May 5th at 11am: Tickets go on general sale, at which point supporters can purchase up to six tickets per person. At this point season ticket holders and Valley Gold members* can purchase two additional tickets.

An error has occurred, please try again later...

Anybody able to find a workaround for this error? I've tried different devices and browsers with no luck.
I finally got it to work, but it appears if you aren't an Apple user you are screwed. Went back to my phone, used Safari to add a ticket to my basket, then reset my password (for the 5th time), went back to Safari and it let me in. Payment then failed with my debit card and the first credit card I tried - appears the payment gateway can't cope with two factor IE the card issuer asking for authentication via their app, so I had to use an old Credit Card which I knew didn't have two factor enabled.

The queue was fine, but the follow up transaction was an absolutely shocking experience. Anyone who isn't tech savvy has no chance.
  • I’ve got four in Curbs B block on my basket, but it’s not really where I’d want to sit. Can’t decide whether to get them and just get on with my day or stay on tenterhooks for another 24 hours and go for something better.
  • I still can't log in to get my season ticket seat. Tried different browsers and devices, problem is clearly at the club's end. If they release our seats while having prevented us from buying them because of ineptitude I will be f***** livid.

And just out of curiosity I just tried to log in with the password which worked in Safari, using Chrome, Edge and Firefox and got the same error message again. What an absolutely joke.
  • ARRGHHH - Can confirm that Safari is the way to go - after an hour and a half pissing about on Chrome and Edge on my phone / laptop / work laptop - success on The Boy's I phone first time. What a balls up.

Appreciate it’s been a ball ache for many, but my experience purchasing tickets was seamless.

Signed into the site at 9:30am this morning, joined the queue at 10:35am and had the two tickets I required by 11:15am.

I was on mobile / safari and my queue place was held despite being a passenger in a car that was dropping in and out of signal.

I’m offering balance against a wave of negativity.

The process, in my experience, was very straightforward and well managed. I doubt that was unique given how many tickets have been sold in a short space of time.

I respect that people having a tough time may not want to hear it, but this thread shouldn’t be an echo chamber of negativity.

Hopefully everyone who has struggled to purchase a ticket gets one sorted.

    F*******g fuming!!
    Same.
But Mrs Baldy did it easily on her phone.
  • I bought yesterday & did the same as many others, wasn’t aware how to buy my season ticket seat..so bought 4 for the row in front, but still waiting on confirmation email & I’ve received no sign of tickets,I go to the download button & it’s says error & no other link…so predicament is,I can now purchase my normal 3 season ticket seats…so as I’m not sure wether I actually have tickets even with a transaction number,I’m now thinking that I buy my normal 2 adults & under 18 to see what happens, but if I end up with the 3 extra, what are the chances I could sell them onto fellow Addicks at face value + the booking fee…
  • By my count, there's less than 300 seats left in the home ends right now, of course many of those unavailable could be season tickets still being held for people, but I don't remember us selling out this quickly for the last playoffs?
  • I have received a reply from the email I sent yesterday.

They should publish on the website!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your email.

Due to a high volume of purchases, emails are taking slightly longer than usual to arrive. Your confirmation email and tickets should be delivered to your inbox within the next few days.

If you have not received your email by Friday, 9th May, please contact us via email.

    Kind Regards,

    CAFC

  • If anyone has 3 or 4 left after they've got their season ticket seats back I'll have 'em.
    DM me

They may well be holding my ST seat but I need to purchase a total of four, all members.

Thanks mate...seems a lot of tickets for one person to purchase. Lots of first timers i bet next Thursday.

Did this @NorthheathAddick and ended up with additional tickets i don't need, but got my own seats once the links started working. You can return them to the club and get a refund, but I'm holding on to mine for a day or so until the dust settles, as my bro isn't sure his tickets went through as no comms from charlton and the website isn't letting him view his account. I'll either return them or see if anyone on here wants to take them I guess

Got in via Safari but couldn't pay. Opera on my phone got me in smoothly and no problem paying. Maybe a fluke but worth a try.
  • Just tried Safari, that didn't work for me either. FFS,  this is an almighty cock up.
  • Tried for over an hour both online and via the phone, no luck! tried using my phone, striaght in three tickets purchased, thank you for the suggestions on here

Feel sorry for anyone with high blood pressure if not before then after !

The amount of season ticket holders who didn't realize their seats were held until Tuesday 11am and purchased other seats instead has made it seem many seats had gone. Not sure if their fault or not clear navigation and instructions.

My son and I are lapsed season ticket holders and by the time my son switched to firefox on his phone after never having trouble with his other browser, he went for two single tickets as we can't be sure how many pairs of season ticket seats will be released after 11am tomorrow 🤔
Personally feel this may be a high number for reasons stated ?

Edit: just seen Peter G Post above, so this is adding to the difficulties.
  • Just a small tip for anyone trying for tickets tomorrow, log in to your account way in advance of the sales starting, every single step you can prepare takes weight off of the system and makes your own life easier.

Also not buying random seats and ringing the ticket office to change them will help immensely.
  • I wish I knew how many unclaimed season ticket seats will be available tomorrow. Dozens? Hundreds? Thousands?
  • The black blocks at the south end of east and west seem to be selling

That is where I ended up.
  • Where are the Curbs stand turnstiles?

You sir are a legend. Couldn't log in, haven't got an iPhone do just asked a kid playing outside to lend me their iPhone,  onto safari and bingo. East stand and just got a decent enough seat. Relief.
