Have they opened all areas of the Valley (ie including the end blocks of the east and north west)? So potentially 26K+ could be the crowd for the 2nd leg?
To further clarify on the above, I am a bit of an idiot.
There's a little red box when you click on your own Fan ID thing on the ticketing portal, which says something like "Great news! We've saved you a seat at a great upcoming event. Click here to buy" where it's completely unclear there's a hyperlink on the word "here", and I've managed to stumble on it by accident.
I can't get my own season ticket seats right now, nor can my old man. Is anyone else having the same issue?
To clarify on this:
The whole stadium, when trying to select a ticket, is greyed out. The seat reserved for my ST (and my dad's) do not and cannot appear. I click on ESG and get an error message.
Has anyone else had this problem trying to buy their own tickets, that are supposedly reserved for us until tomorrow morning? I can't click and buy right now so I'm wondering if I should be panicking, blaming IT issues, or something else.
Your seats are greyed out because they are reserved for you. What device/browser are you using?
we are gonna have to hand out songsheets for the covered end upper coz it looks like we're all gonna be sitting in a different part of the ground from normal and the johnny come latelys will be filling the covered end - which stand will the drummer be in ?
This may well be a bit of an unintended consequence - spread out singers raising everybody's levels (or being diluted down?)

You should have read discussion before trying to buy your reserved ST. the answer is on about page 6. 🙂🙂

Does this initial batch include non-Wycombe Jimmy Seed stand tickets or will this be announced in due course once season tickets have had their go?
Wycombe have been allocated all of the JS Stand.
I’m sure it’s been discussed above but that is surely absurd. Is it policing?
We have to give them 10% if they want it, which is 2700. If you have home fans in there as well then there needs to be segregation, so you’d be left with barely any seats left.
If Wycombe fail to sell it then we might get some more, that’s what happened with Doncaster
Yeah I really don’t get why any ST holders are panicking
And for those that aren’t high up the priority I hope you get sorted maybe we will be harsh on Wycombe and only give them the 2000 ish and free up 700/800 more in the JS
Good job we didn’t get Stockport they have made the Railway End home fans so Orient will get less than 1000
I don't even know why ST holders are/were in the queue with other punters at all, could just wait until the evening and treverse the website at leasure.
And then if/when they can't get through this evening for one of the tens of reasons fans have encountered, no one will be manning the phones.
They would then have a couple of hours whilst at work tomorrow to try sort out at their tickets at the last minute.

We have to give them 10% or 2,000, whichever is less. So we could’ve given just 2,000. Maybe the club were unsure that we’d sell out the home areas.
Maybe going forwards, the Championship play offs next season, the best system would be to be able buy your season ticket seat then allow the club to allocate the extra seats you require as close to your seat as possible. This can be done immediately after the season ticket stage closes and before general sale. It would probably be a bit easier for the ticket office.
So many wetting their knickers cos they can’t get the EXACT seats/area they want- understandable but to be expected that it’ll sell out very quickly!
Seemingly a good chunk still in Alan Curbishley Blocks A&B, and west stand blocks H&R. About 8 left in the 16-20 zone, and a quite a few dotted about across the place with people not completing their booking and basket tickets being released
Jimmy Seed will definitely open up to home fans Imo
I suspect those 'wetting their knickers' are probably long term season ticket holders who can't get to the seats that have been reserved for them, but they can't get them as the clubs own initial instructions were wrong and numerous devices can't connect to the website

Fair point, but even with that if you add the segregation there’s probably only 500ish home tickets maybe. Police could also have said no after the trouble there against Doncaster

We're on page 26 and I'm not about to trawl through a Charlton Life thread that's 750+ posts long to get answers when it could've been on page 24 or 25. The official site should have made this as easy to follow as possible, but got nowhere near.
I'm 31 and have grown up with computers, and the experience is a UX/UI nightmare. A red box that appears on the side of a page where you're not intuitively going to go to buy tickets, because it's your "profile" area, and that red box having a hyperlink where you have to click specifically on "here" - with no change in font to indicate this, as is good practice - is just a horrendous bit of design.

FYI this wasn't on seats themselves - this was when I tried to click on ESG as a whole. The map would not let me do this at the time - nor indeed click on any other area, with the game sold out. (All academic now anyway)

That's fair, was more aimed at the massive queues yesterday from 11am.
Sold out apart from the thousands that will appear tomorrow (now moved back to Wednesday), from S/T holder seats that will become available, after they decided to purchase elsewhere, as unable to buy their own seats.
Plus I reckon some will become available tomorrow from the S/T holders asking the ticket office for THEIR seats & to refund the ones they were effectively forced to buy.
I can't get my own season ticket seats right now, nor can my old man. Is anyone else having the same issue?

You have until 11am on Wednesday so no need to panic (yet). Maybe email them as suggested?

As has been discussed ad infinitum on this thread.
if you think about it most season tickets probably kept their usual seats. I'd say about 6-7k will go on sale tomorrow
Christ how many S/T holders do you think we have? If you reckon most S/T holders bought their seats, you must think we have 17,000 S/T holders. I think we have 9,000 approximately.
I know “here” wasn’t in another colour, maybe it should have been. But it did say “click here” in the English language and, if you did indeed click here, you were taken to the page showing your ST seats.
But clicking directly on 'here' was'nt working for quite a few people i.e. those using Google Chrome. Chrome is the worlds most popular browser so it affected a large number of users. Not having this tested before it went out to the general public is very poor.
Not the case. I used Google Chrome on Sunday evening, clicked here. and it worked perfectly. The only issue was there was a tiny box you had to tick, left of the script, that I didn't initially do. I calmed down and read the page instructions, clicked the box and everything worked perfectly. E-mail arrived a few seconds later, and ticket printed at home!!

Last time that happened was the infamous league cup game wasn’t it
Usually use trains but this time driving. Thanks in advance for any advice.
