What a complete and utter feck up, looks like some knob head failed to activate the link to allow you to buy your own season ticket🤬
An hour is stress phone calls between us (buying 8 season ticket seats) and email exchanges, ended with us doing what I’m sure lots of others have done, buying seats in and around your own season tickets.

Surely its not that difficult to design and code a ticket system which is user friendly and allows season ticket Holders to be given automatic access to buy their regular seats? Disappointing but not a unique fault with ticket systems, seems that the computer nerd who designed the semi final ticket system didn't take into account that we only have one stab at buying for a play off ticket, so needs to be bleeding obvious and really user friendly.
Please do better next time ...Memo to the Charlton Ticketing Manager sort this out for potential final tickets.......

Same here - had to put in dob for the two concessions. Got 2 adult tickets and 2 under 18s. Went through to payment and said payment failed. Try again. But the money came straight from my account. So I don't know whether I have the tickets or not!!0

Got mine now . Managed to get four adults and a child which surprised me . Not many left at all in the Upper north or AC stand but perhaps the season ticket holders seats are faded out because the remain unavailable until they a bought ?0

Managed to get my group sorted although I had to change 2 student tickets to adults for it to work. Not had an email as yet confirming though0

That link to get your season ticket seats ain't bloody working so an going to have to either ring or hope they sort out before the deadline at least I was able to get valley express tickets and a couple of non season tickets done0

I don't get it. They are my niece and nephew. I buy their season tickets and the tickets to away game they go to.
I ended up buying 5 of my 8 and have left my brother trying to sort his and his 2 children out ( I could have bought his but he would then have come across the stupid can't buy kids tickets only rule). The club also do not think he has a sufficiently strong relationship to buy his own kids tickets so he is stuck trying to call the ticket line which is just always cutting him off.
Renewing season tickets was hard enough. It's just always problems.0 -
If hundreds of season ticket holders are buying other seats because they can’t get their own it’s going to look like a sell out tomorrow only for loads of seats to suddenly become available on Tuesday.12

Terrible system. finally got and now to have log in with my fan id password, when that should have been linked years ago. I want to buy 3 including my own set, but feck me, I can't even choose my own seat. Shocking. and you can't even call the club !!
