  • Hamer 7 did all one could ask efficiently and a really classy trap of a high backpass from Morrison which would have troubled a lot of goalkeepers

Solly 7 Is really growing into his role seems to have more confidence and works so well with Waggy.

Morrison 7 solid and efficient at this level

Taylor 7 as Morrison. Not sure why he didn't win us a penalty

Wiggins 7 Another good game and offers a real threat going forward.

Wagstaff 7.5  On the wrong end of some crunching tackles but gets up and comes back for more and works so hard. An extra .5 for the cross to BWP

Stephens 7 when he is good he is very very good but when he disappears...

Hollands 7.5 good solid game and got forward too. Disappeared in the second half a bit but not as much as Stephens hence the extra .5

Jackson 8 My man of the match for his all round first half performance and clinical finish for his goal from a well worked free kick. Faded like the rest in the 2nd half but links well with Wiggins

Hayes 7 Scored a goal annd produced his usual mixture of sublime and atrocious touches. It will be interesting to see if he remains first choice once Kermit settles.

Wright Phillips 8 An assist for Hayes and clinical finish from Waggy's cross. A few duff touches means Jacko shades it today as MOM for me.

Kermorgant n/a 7 A very promising little cameo.

Hamer 7 - What little he had to do he did well
Solly 8 - He is surprising me - I think he has come on a lot this season.
    Morrison 6.5 - Solid
Taylor 7 - Solid and should have got a penalty - was a scandelous decision by the ref
Wiggins 8 - The player many of us knew we had but some needed to see this sort of performance
Waggy 8 - Always showing, great cross for 3rd
Hollands 7 - decent -25 minute spell at start of second half when rushed things a bit but got back on track.
    Stephens
    7 - see Hollands
Jackson 8 MOM - Class above -crossing good -another goal!
Hayes 6.5 - Important player - you have to take the good with the bad - overall we are better with him in the side as he can see things others can't.
    BWP
8 - Class written all over the lad.

Special mention to the French bloke- very impressed with his touch indeed - pass to waggy in build up to third was excellent

Also special mention to Opera singer - very powerful beautiful voice, got the fans going with her version of Valley Floyd Road, book her again soon please.

    Solly - 7 - Solid as always

Morrison -6.5 - decent other than penalty

Taylor -7 - Did well to cope with a mobile strikeforce

    Stephens - 7 - Disapeared a bit second half

    Hollands 7.5 - Battling display

Jackson - 8 - Looked quality all game

Hayes - 6.5 - Bit of a Jeckyl and Hyde performance

Wright Phillips 8 my mom for being the wright place at both ends, remeber him making a tackle just outside are box winning the ball and starting an attack.

Kermorgant 7 has agreat first touch, as BWP does.

  • Hamer - 7.5 Very assured.
Solly 7.5 - One or two wasted balls but overall did well and there is more to come from him. Nice little ball to Wagstaff in build up for 3rd goal.
Morrison - 6 Daft challenge for the penalty but otherwise positionally ok.
Taylor - 8 Was the dominant one this week. Very impressive.
Wiggins - 8 Very committed and doesn't stop running. Can beat a man and he'll become a real fans favourite.
Wagstaff - 6.5 Was probably fouled in the build up to their goal (but why did he try to cut inside again?) Looks a slight weak link in a good team but a fantastic cross at the death for BWP. Hopefully he will improve with more games and his goals don't dry up.
Stephens - 8 Ran the show for long periods. Technically very gifted at this level. The added bonus is the quality of his set-plays.
Hollands - 7.5 A better tackler than Stephens but in no way is he just a defensive midfielder. Often the furthest forward. Technically good.
Jackson - 7.5 Some very clever link play with Wiggins and the forwards. Dangerous crossing throughout but nearly got a second yellow for a push.
Hayes - 8 Superb first half. Chesterfield just couldn't handle him. Touch and vision brilliant. Terrific finish for his goal and showed what a good player he is.
Wright Phillips - 8.5 Last season he just about finishing. Now he's a much more rounded player. He has a bit of pace, a superb touch, wins his headers, can turn on a sixpence, makes the runs, can shoot from distance and can see a pass. When he's this fit and motivated, he's too good for this level.

Kermorgant n/a - Liked what I saw. He won every header he went for and looked to have a good technique. Lovely little ball for Wagstaff at the end.

  • Hamer - 7 - Solid. 1 great save  - improving every game.
    Solly - 7.5 - Usual 110%.
    Morrison - 7 - Doesn't hide - unsung hero performance.
    Taylor - 7 - ditto
Wiggins 7 - also improving with each game.
Wagstaff - 7.5 same as Solly.
Stephens - 7 - Wants to play for the team.
    Hollands - 7.5 - ditto.
Jackson - 8 - some amazing crosses.  they should get the ball to him more!
Hayes - 7 - Great touch for the goal.  No too much else.  Poor first touch.
Wright Phillips - 7 - Looked a bit 'lazy' at times.  But always guaranteed to be in the wright place at the wright time!

Kermorgant - N/A - Has obvious technical skills and touch.  Think he would compliment BWP.

    Hamer 7
    Solly 8 joint MOTM
    Taylor 7
Morrison 7 (worth an 8 but rash for the penalty so a mark off)
    Wiggins 8 joint MOTM
Wagstaff 7 (extra mark for his workrate but he almost does more running than is necessary as he always seems to want to follow the ball and then he gets caught out of position going forward)
    Stephens 7
    Hollands 7
    Hayes 7
    BWP 7
