Anyone remember the organised displays at the Valley? Think they were done by the Woolwich Round Table?
There was definitely a real decent display at The Valley pre match in a midweek fixture before the South Stand was completed to its current state , can't remember who against but I'm sure it was discussed on a previous thread elsewhere
I think there were jovial boooos when the display finished and it was time for the football to start .
Anyone know when the Jimmy South opened???
Remember beating Southampton 6-2 in '76, there was a firework display in the south terrace at the game.

erm, can't really remember, I think we had 1 more drink, got in to see the end of MOTD so couldn't have been that late. I saw George again on Sunday and I don't think he mentioned covers to Tony on Saturday night for the wedding next weekend so get Ian to ask Tony!0
