    Hamer 8 - Did the business when needed
    Solly 9 - terrific performance MOTM
    Morrison 8.5 - Sheff Wednesday must have some mighty fine centre halves -this bloke is quality.
    Taylor 8.5 - echo - captain's display
    Wiggins 8.5 - Excellent as usual -think he will definitely play in the premiership soon and could well be with us.
    Green 8.5 A part in both goals and the one that hit the bar
    Russell 7.5 -Solid

    8 - Nice and sharp for the goal -very good first half- faded a bit but we were defending and he is short of games- looks a great signing
    Kermorgant -9 - Best headerer of a ball I have seen in a Charlton shirt for a good while
    Wright Phillips 8.5 - Pure effort and class for our second.
    Hughes 7.5 - Good defensive midfield display when he came on.

    Solly - 8.5 - Great work-rate and tackled back well
    Morrison - 9 - Awesome, as ever
    Taylor - 9.5 - MOM - Parkin'ed the bus
    Wiggins - 8 - Effective, looks every bit a Prem player
    Green - 9 - Seemed to be everywhere, top performance
    Hollands - 8 - Got stuck in, solid.
    Russell - 7.5 - Looked good from what I saw
    Ephraim - 8 - Well taken goal and was busy down the flank
    Kermorgant - 9 - Great header, won a lot in the air - hope he's ok
    Wright Phillips - 8.5 - Kept on chasing every ball even well into injury time, nice work for the 2nd

    Hamer - 8 Great save to deny Parkin and dealt with all shots and crosses comfortably
    Solly - 9.5 Quick, strong and didn't put a foot wrong
    Morrison - 9.5 Meat and Drink all night 
    Taylor - 9.5 Ditto.
    Wiggins - 9 Pace, skill and did not stop.
    Green - 10 Set up both goals, broke up play and showed some lovely touches and passes.
    Hollands - 8 Broke up play in the centre and worked his socks off.
    Russell - 8 Similar to Hollands, impressed.
    Ephraim - 8 Great goal and worked well down the wing.
    Kermorgant - 9 Another great header, held the ball up and was unlucky with the free kick that the keeper saved.
    Wright Phillips - 8 Ran for every ball and great turn and run for the second goal for Ephraim.
    Hughes - 8 Tidied up in front of the back four and got in the opposition faces.

    Watching on the goggle box.

    Hamer 8 Flapped a little at a couple of crosses but dealt with a lot of others and was decisive so the defence alwsys knew where they stood. Immaculate handling meant no second balls for poaching like Hogan did for us.
    Solly 9 So tenachiois. Epitomised what won us the game.
    Morrison 9.5 Immovable object.
    Taylor 9 Morrison missed very little but when he did Taylor had his back. Great Captain's performance.
    Wiggins 9.5 Powell would have been proud of that.
    Green 8.5 A threat throughout.
    Hollands 8 Very hardworking and solid throughout.
    Russell 8.5 Thought his was a very promising debut.
    Ephraim 8 Tired but we didn't miss JJ.
    Kermorgant 9 The new Shaun Bartlett.
    Wright Phillips 8.5 I was critical of BWP last season for not contributing enough away from the goalscoring. Having not scored tonight he'd have been a bit a passenger last season but I thought his all round play tonight made Rhodes look like a limited Amateur.
    Hughes 8 We weren't as good on the ball 2nd half but Hughes made very valuable contribution to the clean sheet.

    Overall I thought we were magnificent. Hudds played decent but they never really got a sniff once we'd scored. Best team performance since Curbs' days. The 98 play off team would've been proud of it and they were a mightly well drilled and determined bunch.

    Wright Phillips 8 - Didnt get much time on the ball, seemed offside alot, but when you watch him the rest of the time, look at the constant movement, what a threat

    Kermorgant 9.5 (MOM) He just wins so much, could have had a hatrick.
    Wright Phillips 8 only did one thing and we scored say no more, looked shattered second half.
    Hughes 7 looked less of a footballer thab Russell but did his job

    Overall what a display, defence was enormous last night, and boy can we hit teams hard when we want.

    Hamer - 8.5 Caught so many crosses and made a brilliant save from Parkin. Handling was superb.
    Solly 8.5 - Defended brilliantly but once we went 2-0 didn't get forward much.
    Morrison - 8.5 Carried on from his Brentford performance and looks to dominate from the 1st minute.
    Taylor - 8.5 Had to do his share of the defending tonight and did it really well.
    Wiggins - 8 Like Solly didn't get forward much after the 2nd goal but defended superbly and showed great skill in tight spots.
    Green - 8 Looks like the player who can supply a killer cross or pass.
    Hollands - 8 Won loads of headers in midfield and has a superb attitude.
    Russell - 7 Won his headers and turned well.
    Ephraim - 7 Looks fine and worked very hard. Starved of the ball in the 2nd half. Superb touch.
    Kermorgant - 9 Unplayable in the air and never stopped. Him v Morrison would be great contest.
    Wright Phillips - 7.5 Lots of hard running and commitment. On the few occasions we got it into his feet, showed what a good footballer he is.
    Hughes - 8 Absolutely everywhere winning headers, tackles and clearing his lines. We needed someone like him 2nd half.

    Unlike others I wasn't nervous in the 2nd half (may have been different if HTFC had got one back). Each defender knows what to do and where to go and our goalkeeper looks the real deal to me. We have a tremendous spine to the team and a will to keep the opposition out. Leon Cort is a really good defender and he can't get near a start at the moment. Full credit to both teams for the clean battle and to the referee (although...wasn't there a clear push on a Charlton player in the 2nd half?)

    Hamer 7, not that much to do, did flap a couple of times, but pulled a top notch save. seems to loose concentration for a while during most games.

    Hamer - 7.5 a few rash clearences early on but solid in general
    Solly - 8.5 awesome little right-back, like a terrier knawing (sp) at the winger's heel all night

    Taylor - 8 solid enough, some great headers!
    Wiggins - 7.5 not his best game so far but did his job well
    Green - 8.5 what a right peg!
    Hollands - 7 held the midfield well
    Russell - 7 won everything in the air first half - decent debut
    Ephraim - 7.5 (extra .5 for his goal)
    Kermorgant - 8.5 always an outlet

    Hamer  7  Dropped a couple and came and didn't get but he caught a lot of high balls under pressure. Comedy save from Parkin's shot but it stayed out and he got a clean sheet
    Solly 9  My MOTM   A Sollyesque performance.  I thought they were targeting him early on.  Another team to make that mistake
    Morrison 9  Forget Haye v Klitcho (sp) you won't see a better clash of heavy weights all season that his battle with Parkin
    Taylor 9  Another great game.  Lots of reasons for our success so far this season but having two solid as a rock CHs is one of the most important IMHO.  We've scored goals in the last two years but we've let a lot in a well.  Not any more.
    Wiggins  8.5  Very good game against a good wide man
    Green 8.  An assist and ran at them whenever he could.  And I still get the feeling there is more to come.  Some team is going to catch him on the wrong day and take a thrashing.
    Hollands 8.5  So industrious
    Russell 7.5 Hard game to make a debut but did well without shining.
    Ephraim  8  A goal and won the free kick for the first goal.  Skill and hard work
    Kermorgant 9 Did he lose a header?   Fantastic goal as well and could have had more.
    Wright Phillips 8.5 They played a very high line to counter him but he broke through a couple of times which was enough.  
    Hughes 8  He's here, he's there, he's every fecking where, Andy Hughes, Andy Hughes

    Hudds  - Good team. Shame Jordan Rhodes wasn't on the pitch.  Oh, was he?   I didn't notice him sticking out of Taylor's pocket.
