Cycle ---only way to get away from that ground or walk quick and use the Foot or Ferry -- i would also leave early like 5 minutes into the game.

Walk to East Ham. District line to West Ham. Seven minutes from there to N Greenwich on Jubilee line. Avoid Green St and Upton Park. Actually avoid the game altogether and get The Valley.0
