  • West Stand Upper... just don't make too much noise RileyAddick!
I'll be the one with the "Moose" caller from the Great White North...!!!!
  • First time ever at the Valley this Saturday - awaiting my ticket arrival through Canada Post..!!!!
Hoping West Stand Upper - Central Block N is a good seat...!!!!
BTW - is this section considered a "Bovril" and "Tartan Blanket" section - just so I come prepared....?
    lol ;o)
Great block. no blankets in sight. Give me a shout in row J.

PS one of our group is currently working in Canada.
Thanks, HardyAddick - will be the one stumbling up to my seat from the RoD or Lib pre-game pour.....
I'm in the Niagara wine country region.....is he/she close by?

  • I used to have a ST up there, lovely seats. Some guy in front of me took exception to me and my mates 'supporting the club' and eventually manufactured a reason to have me ejected. Part of the target 20'000 who just came because we offered cheap seats to see all the big guns. Shame really. Enjoy it mate and don't make too much noise !
Sorry to hear about some people and their complete lack of decorum, Spanish....The young lady from Commercial recommended the seat location and from all the responses, I believe it will be a "keeper"...!!!!

Well, I'll be increasing the gate by one as well, first game since the 4-2 against Reading. Who would have thought after that game what would happen at the end of that season.

Sitting West Lower, Block C, that's where my old season ticket was and I'll be interested to see if some of the old faces are still there.

Will go to either Lib Club (never been there before) or Rose Of Denmark before the game.

Bought 3 tickets today. Surprised North Upper isn't sold out.

Would be great if there was a pitch invasion at the end

Don't even think about a pitch invasion there is going to be over 26,000 charlton fans hoping to see us lift the trophy and that will NOT happen if u get on the pitch.

Bit late in the day now but have the club been "advertising" this game in the local press ?
I wonder if the walk up crowd may be affected as I'm sure that a lot of people (not on here) will imagine that the game may be a sell out & not bother coming in case they can't get in ?

If you go on the pitch tomorrow there will be no official presentation, get that into your head.

I really don't think that's an issue. It's a third division game against Wycombe Wanderers. We're going to be just a bit short of the home match ticket sale we had for Sheffield United, which was seen as the most important match of the season and indeed turned out to be. That's as good as it gets (at full price) for us in League One.

Not too bothered about the size of the crowd to be honest. As long as the 14,000 or so fans who have turned up to most/every game this season (rather than just those who have jumped on the bandwagon because things have now turned rosey again) are there, that's all that matters!

Sounds a little bit cynicle I know, but those who can only except the smooth and not put up with the rough sometimes do frustrate me.

I'm going on the pitch tomorrow and as I can't make the Hartlepool game I don't care what happens.

I ran on the pitch once in 1963 when Cliff Durandt scored the winner against Southampton. The copper behind the goal told me to b****r off home!

And what a goal it was......90th minute (in the days when there was none of this 90+3 nonsense)
