A good season for Michael Slater! What a finale,
Oh, and we'll be playing Bolton next season, QPR somehow stay up...0 -
That was some finish by Agüero

Great finale. As Ooh Aah says for all its faults it's the place to be.
And City no more bought the title than Blackburn or Chelsea did.0 -
I know a lot say that the money has spoilt the game, but that was some emotion happening throughout the PL today. What a climax and a great advert for the English game! I hope Charlton get back to the party sooner rather than later!0
-
So, they did buy it then!
And City no more bought the title than Blackburn or Chelsea did.0 -
Surely every club buys the title? Some people just pay more for it?0
-

Does make you think what would have happened if the Zabeel deal had materialised!0 -
If you like but not exactly a new occurance. Utd and Arsenal didn't do it a shoestring either0
-
Congrats to City. It's nice to see a new name winning the league.
How happy must MS be with this season.0 -
Did Aguero get booked after the celebration?.0

I have to say, normally I feel quite sorry for the fans of also-rans when I see them on the tele looking a bit shell-shocked and teary. Not today with Man Utd. though. The only feelings I had was a wish to shake them and tell them to snap out of it. They've had far more success than they've a right to, what do they expect to win something every year? Oh, yeah that's exactly what they do expect.0

Am praying that the BBC had a camera on Ferguson when that goal went in. Can't wait to see his reaction on MOTD tonight.0

Gotta love Paddy Power...did an accumulator for all 10 of today's games. Got 7 out of 10 right and they've paid out £460.86 for £3.50 stake!
Happy Days :-)
Have a great summer Addicks...we'll be there soon enough!! COYR0 -
As Danny Baker put it brilliantly on Twitter
"Football. Fucking football. Imagine not being into it. Those poor, poor half-alive bastards."0 -
this could be a load of crap, but anyway i just read somewhere that united's starting xi cost 169 million and city's cost 161 million...0

Probably did, but that's over a few more seasons, and not counting Man Citys bench.0 -
Who cares Man utd have spent an absolute fortune but have had a good core of players for a long time so no need to spend mega amounts of cash like city this season, city had to do the drastic buying the last 2 years to get the core of players like man utd have.0
