I'm pleased to see that at last the West Indies have the makings of a decent team. Sammy is making a decent fist of captaincy, they have discovered a few batsmen with some patience and the fast bowling looks dangerous once more. We're lucky they didn't include Shillingford for this test match, on a last day pitch he could have been a match winner.

Good positive morning session from England. 121 runs from 28 overs, and only 2 wickets down. Bell and Cook look settled, and have a nice partnership of 74. 131/4 at Lunch.

    Still hungover from yesterday.

Great day and couldn't believe our luck that it didn't rain despite predictions.

Saw Covered End on the way out as well.

I've been unable to post all day as I've been suffering from hyperthermia and frostbite. That's the coldest cricket match I've ever been to.

good last day and I’m glad i went up there. a few west Indian supporters who were quite a highlight...."CHANGE DE BOWLER!"
"RING BELL OUT WITH ER SLOW BOUNCER"

good to see bell and cook play some intelligent cricket especially after pietersons slightly reckless swipe.
