Was reading about Alex Zanardi competing in the Paralympics:

An absolutely unbelievable story and what a man!
Got me thinking this could be a good place to post any stories anyone else reads about the paralympic athletes. Should be some brilliantly inspirational stories to be read.

Good article here about a few injured ex-service people and also the excellent charities that help them to get into sport after being injured.
