Renewed in may just before the boy turned 16 as website said you can get 1 or 3 year card and as not 16 will still be valid as child
i got the 3 year card just been on their website is now saying only valid till he is 17 just rung up and they said as been done online can't refund the other 2 years
Surely they have to honour the terms conditions at the time i bought

    It's valid as it was purchased before he turned 16.

    that works with the yearly ones but i don't think it works for the three year ones.

    when i done the the 3 year card in may though was for the whole 3 years i mentioned it on here
