Been told to completely cut salt out of me diet, including things like sliced ham and tinned tomatoes. Anyone else got any expeariance of doing the same? Looked everywhere, but the don't seem to be anything online about salt free products......?

Sign up to this mate. It's quite useful have been using it for months now. You can scan the barcodes on food packets using phone and the app will tell you what's inside the food, sugar, salt etc. Has helped me get the balance right. Acts as a food diary too, can be a bit scary but at least you know what's going in.

Another good place Rob is the British Heart Foundation. They do lots of stuff on healthy eating with low salt recipes etc. and you can get them online.

That's great. I went to the health food shop over here in France and they had just 3 products. Thanks for the ideas pal, will have a good look.0
