As above toilet rolls when we scored in the 60s and 70s. All nicked from school, those shiny non absorbent useless rolls but they flew well.0

I'm sure I saw Loo Rolls flying at Millwall0

I was standing next to the bloke that hit Alan Gunn on the head with a coin at Craven Cottage at the end of an F A Cup game (I think) I think Hales got sent off that day too and many windows in the cottage needed replacing the following day.
There was a photo of Gunn bleeding in the Sunday papers.0 -
Did you grass him up?Stone said:I was standing next to the bloke that hit Alan Gunn on the head with a coin at Craven Cottage at the end of an F A Cup game (I think) I think Hales got sent off that day too and many windows in the cottage needed replacing the following day.

Certainly not! He sent Killer off!0

Down at Tonbridge in the play off final a couple of seasons ago sent half of a horrible meat pie hurtling towards the Lowestoft keeper. Unfortunately it disintegrated in mid air and hit at least 4 Tonbridge fans. Bit off more than i could chew i remember thinking. And at Millwall during the lock in after the 4-0 hiding i got some serious air with the coppers helmet.0

I think that's a pretty accurate version of eventsoohaahmortimer said:Ancona away in the anglo italian a few Charlton players came over at the end of the match and I lobbed my T-shirt at them (I don't know why I was pissed) prolly as an insult to Darren Pitcher
The T shirt was then thrown back by one of the players and Stop Shouting stole it and put it on cos he had already swapped his Charlton shirt with an italian fan who bluffed him with a top swap and lobbed over a badge instead !!! (He'll be able to give the real version of events)
I was ok I had a jumper .... It was freezing

I am sure there must be a few on here who have thrown sickies to get to midweek away games and are keeping their heads down :-) No comment by the way.0

Was that the same game that they were throwing bog roll about, their keeper tried remove some from the goal but it stuck to his hand and he couldn't shake it off? Very funny.JiMMy 85 said:
I did exactly the same thing. Given that the seats are only 10 inches apart, it was not an easy recovery.JT said:Threw my phone accidentally whilst celebrating that late winner at Southend few years back.

The 2p has a flat edge, if you want to cut them City style use a 20p.0 -
I throw useless ladbrokes betting slips away at every game I go to.0
-
Was told once at a northern away game (birmingham?) that they use to throw sharpened 50P coins-----never believed it for 1 min as the Northern monkeys could buy a full set of their clobber for that.0
-
50p was the deposit I put down on my first house!0

There was so much coinage being thrown must be hard to say it was definitely that person that hit him. Just bog roll for me. Would love to know who threw the bog roll which hit Ronnie Moore on the head after converting the consolation penalty in the Spurs cup replay. Great shot sir!0 -
Never thrown anything but did have something thrown at me when in Ancona for the Anglo Italian Cup.
Luckily it hit me right in the arms as it was Colin Walsh's shirt :-)0 -
Home to Sheff U in the 5-2 loss, I threw my season ticket in a rage, did not make the pitch, but it was posted back to me a couple of days later. I assume a fellow fan it hit put it in the post! Also remember a guy next to me at Brum (one nil win, Holland I think) being hit with a plastic cup of 'liquid'. A few batteries flying from upper to lower as well.0

I haven't.... but Shakey threw a party that lasted all night.......0

I was at a Rugby League game over here once and saw a bloke throw the extra large sausage from his Hot Dog at an opposition try scorer and hit him on the back. He must have been angry about it because those Hot Dogs cost about $7.95!Off_it said:

If you want to see things getting thrown onto the pitch then this is a classic....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6NottgZJhUk
.....you need to forward to the 2 minute mark, that's when the fun starts.0 -
typicall stupid aussies..........wasting good beer - they could at least thrown empties0
-
The problem being that empty cans don't travel through the air very well, full ones go further and hurt a lot more.golfaddick said:typicall stupid aussies..........wasting good beer - they could at least thrown empties
Watch closely and you'll see the ground staff on the side of the pitch chucking full cans back into the crowd, God knows how nobody got badly hurt.0
