    I can confirm Sheffield is a shit hole, I have stayed & I have seen. Two best things I found was a dirt cheap ale house in town & the peak district just a few miles away.

    I like Manchester, even better after the IRA blew the city centre up, would do wonders for your city centre.

    I like most of the Northern towns and cities I've been to - most Londoners who slag them off don't have a clue about them. There's good and bad everywhere.

    My main issue with Sheffield is the numpties who support Wednesday.
