Wow...Beckham will receive no salary at PSG and what it would have been getting goes to a children's charity. He acknowledged how much he has earnt in his career and just wanted to play football. Know he's had detractors, but have an awful lot of respect for the fella.

Have nothing but admiration for Beckham, if anyone could lose their head up their own a**e in football it could be him, but he hasn't.0

Nice touch from Becks. Truth is, the salary he receives from his employers if a fraction of his overall income but it's still a generous move. Don't really get why people dislike him. You could argue his talent does not live up to his fame (not that he was poor player by any stretch of the imagination), but he's a clean living family man who's made the absolute most of the opportunities life has granted him and by god he's a handsome lad.
