If Wigan win tomorrow night there will be 4 teams on 38 points. How costly might that thumping Newcastle got from Liverpool the other night turn out to be? Very costly hopefully.

Newcastle down - I like the club and the supporters but my intense dislike of Pardew outweighs all of that. I also very much admire what Martinez has achieved against the odds at Wigan ( as well as turning down Villa last year ).

Brentford up - just up the road from me, so an easy and thoroughly enjoyable away trip, and I like the club generally. Apart from 1992/93, when they went straight down, they haven't been as high as second tier level for 49 years. Their game today against Swindon was riveting and probably 10 times more entertaining than Sunderland v Stoke ( although I didn't stick around for that drudgery after half time ).

Brighton or Leicester going up would be nice.

I would like to see Newcastle come down purely as I dislike their fans and it would be nice to see the "Pardew Magic" do it's work again...

That said, I'd be concerned that they would immediately take up one of the top 6 spots next season..

Want Brentford to come up. I'll take Norwich coming down as it's easy for me to get to from Uni. :-)

    UEA?

    brentford up
newcastle down purely for the fact of a good weekend up there could be had, saying that we will probably have them like bournemouth as a midweek

Brentford up Wigan down, although the horse punchers would also be amusing.

Yeovil to come up as I've got them in my Play-off accumulator.
Newcastle/Sunderland to be relegated as I've not been either of them before.

Reading (never been), QPR could 'do a Wolves' and Newcastle cos they'll go into turmoil & meltdown next term
Donnie on merit, Bournemouth nice day trip and Yeovil cos they'll be the weakest.
If that works we'll have at least 4 teams not worth worrying about - easier to finish 6th in a division of 20

Brentford and fulham would be nice to give us 2 easy to get to games. Don't rule fulham out of relegation, they have lost their last 4 and end with liverpool (h) and swansea(a). They could easily fail to get a point out of those 2 and go down with 40 points,

There seems to be a high demand for Pardew to fail. Was he that bad a manager at the Valley?

    You're new here, aren't you?

Prem - Wigan to get relegated, Newcastle or Sunderland would create a big opponent, Wigan could/would be forced to axe a few players to balance the books and might lose their way. Wanting Newcastle to get relegated so that Pardew gets the tin-tack is irrelevant, he'll go in the summer.

L1 - Yeovil, we can beat them.

    Bradford - for Parky's sake.
