yes indeed a lot of credit to seriously_red for being a big slice of the brains behind a lot of our marketing strategy, I take credit for recruiting him of course.. we are a team though and many others put in a heck of a lot of hard work, Ken and Richard W, Richard H, Craig, Math, and others well done everyone and the club for chipping in

    Thanks Razil - praise indeed!
With more than a few last minute deadline decisions it has worked well...The committee have put in quite a few miles and hours visiting branches and Stig has sorted the graphics...

Hopefully the fun carries on and we can agree some creative ways with the Club to launch activities for next season.

If we had had a plan at the start that looked like where we are now I would have thought it would be both impossible and cost £20k+... but thanks to leadership from Razil and support from all over the shop we have finished the season on a high.

Less than three grand later and we have more than 1,700 surveys. And on our way to 10,000 hits a month on the website... We now know for certain that there are a lot more CAFC fans that are interested in the Trust so guess what? The hard work starts here!

Have you taken the survey down? Just tried to access the link at the top of the page and can only get 'problem loading page'.

update: looks like the trust website has crashed.

All seems okay now Johnny 73.
I am really glad that supporters have participated on doing this, especially as it gives a high response rate on what is a joint exercise beetween the trust and the club.
Hopefully it will help all supporters get a better customer experience from the club, and also that the club can get useful information that helps them target areas that fans see as important, for future events, and ideas. Well done everyone for participating, and taking the time to do this.

Razil/ Ken - do you have plans to publish the survey results on the Trust website?
