I am not sure we've been so popular guys!

Somehow I feel Palace will have more of the netural support though.

Palace are a bogey side (Phillips always scores against us) and Holloway will REALLY want to beat us as he made a real fuss over the loan situation in public.

Just hope we can perform well and take it from there - be nothing worse than paying out for us not to turn up.

Out of interest Super_horns what's the situation with your squad if you do go up. I assume you won't be allowed to just loan them all again, but as you and Udinese are owned by the same bloke can he not just sell you the best ones for like 100k each?

The Pozzos often try to make a profit out of their players so somebody like would be unlikely to come to us for too long but not sure how much they would cost IF they signed pernament deals TBH.

No idea about the loan situation yet..needs to be sorted soon I guess alongside this supposed transfer embargo stuff which seems to be causing confusion.

Took the FL 5 months to make a ruling on the orginal investigation though!

Id much rather Palarse lose in the final then in the semi-final.

FAO Watford: Please try to make it as heartbreaking for them as possible, 89th min winner, winning the shoot-out, you know, that sort of thing....

Couldn't take penalties... 80-90th or 110-120th minute winner for Watford is fine though.

Or Watford 3-0 up after 20 minutes and Palace's party is over before it began.

Watford winning is the lesser of two evils.

Millwall at Wembley, and now Palace at Wembley too.
    All in the same season.

    Makes me feel sick.

And Wigan were there this season too.

Smaller teams making it may make you feel sick that its not us but we will get our chance as these three teams have,
Millwall and Palace are the only smaller teams getting to Wembley, that make me feel sick.

You should know what I mean, Dizzee.

If wed done the double over palace(like they done us) it would be us in the play offs but palace were far superior.hope they dont get all that cash or they maybe top dogs 4 years.

Everyone seems to think that if they go up they could be billionaires for the next 20 years, it doesnt always work like that, look at Wolves...Portsmouth.....

Oh and where does the hatred of Watford come from?? You can barely class them as local rivals, so Im guessing they wronged us in the past or something??? Was it the loss to them at home this season?

They were pretty dirty against us at the valley. With one of them getting sent off for persistent diving; Forrestieri. To make matters worse we had been warned about him being a dirty cheating little shit already.

The dives were blatant as anything and Zola's defence was along the lines of "Forrestieri had the wrong boots on; I've told him before about that. Was never a red."; yet seemingly his boots only let him down in the box..

I don't think it helps with the way they use the loan system either; which has annoyed a fair few posters.

Even some of our fans admitted (once they've seen the incident) that was a dive and I do remember the likes of Neuton falling around at the Vic (he hasn't played since..)

As for our badge - its a "Hart" for the county of Hertfordshire.

Hornets came about because of our kit colour after we did a Cardiff and changed colours in the 60s.

I dont mind Watford. A bit of a harmless club like us really.

I hope they absolutely spank Palace at Wembley. I dont even want the Nigels to win the toss.

However, if Palace do win...at least its not Millwall.

I feel sick at the prospect of those stripy tossers getting a taste of that £120m. Obviously they'd be beaten ragged week in week out which would be a mild consolation, but would still like them to fail and try to do the same again next year without Zaha and with Murray being crocked.

Without wanting to start yet another thread on this, if it was Millwall I'd still want them to destroy those wannabes. Has everyone forgotten the 'buzz cut strikes' already? Embarrassment of a club, which will only be pushed in our faces if they go up.

Every year the same old shite comes up..."The £100 million game", with the number constantly rising.

Load of old tosh really. Do Hull, Burnley, Reading have £100 million to their name for their stints in the Premier League in recent years? Not at all.

I'm pretty sure Hull were heading for administration and league one before their latest owner bailed them out

The key with Palace is that administration has cleaned the decks, the TV and parachute money now makes what Hull and Burnley got look like a few coins down the back of the sofa and Parish and his crew seem clued up enough not to give the likes of Jimmy Bullard a 5 year deal on £45k a week.

Palace will have a foundation for the next 10-20 years even if the yoyo in one season.

So basically weve barely kept our heads above water over the last few years, and are broke because of it. Palarse go bust and will be millionaires with not a penny owed to anyone if they go up...

    Yep that sucks...

Don't hate the player, hate the game. Although I guess you can hate or at least dislike the player in this case.

We have a score to settle with them next season. We need to play them to settle it!
